GENZLER® AMPLIFICATION is proud to announce the addition of the new BA10-2 model to the innovative BASS ARRAY™ line of bass guitar cabinets that the company first introduced in 2015. Based upon the overwhelming success and popularity of this one-of-a-kind bass cabinet design, we’ve now expanded these offerings to include this ultra-compact single 10” model.
The BA10-2 blends the punch and quickness of a premium Neodymium 10” driver in a compact vented bass reflex enclosure, along with the performance and pattern control of a proprietary line array element utilizing 4 custom designed 2.5” neodymium full-range drivers. With the Bass Array™ design, the placement of the line array in front of the 10” woofer provides extremely broad projection, quickness and articulation. As well, the all-important mid and high frequencies have a much wider horizontal dispersion with a more controlled vertical pattern.
GENZLER® AMPLIFICATION is proud to announce the addition of the BA210-3 design to the innovative BASS ARRAY™ line of bass guitar cabinet systems. Based upon the overwhelming success and popularity of the Bass Array™12-3 design, we’ve now expanded the line to include this 2 x 10” model.
Although the same size as many 2 x 10” and tweeter cabinets, this innovative design blends the punch and quickness of premium Neodymium dual 10” drivers, in a vented bass reflex enclosure, and the performance and pattern control of a 4 x 3” Neodymium paper cone driver line array element. The placement of the line array in front, and between the 10” woofers further provides an extremely broad projection pattern, immediate quickness and articulation that is not possible with standard 2x10” designs. Also due to line array principals the all-important mid and high frequencies have a much wider horizontal dispersion with a more controlled vertical pattern. This offers the most even projection possible around the perimeter of the stage and audience. The Magellan series cabinets share a heritage to many previous Jeff Genzler designs. These light-weight cabinet designs constructed from 12mm and 15mm Baltic Birch plywood deliver powerful, full-body response with a modern, yet classic styling. The cabinets are wrapped in a heavy-duty black textured vinyl with a complimentary woven wire, silver and black grille cloth and silver metallic piping. The distinctive front triangular ports provide an optimum porting design as well as structural strength in the corners of the cabinet. All of this sets the Magellan series apart from standard black boxes and defines that this is the pinnacle of professional bass amplification equipment.
The MG-112T is an extremely compact design, but produces exceptional depth and clarity for its size and weight. It features a traditional combination of a single 12” high performance neodymium woofer and a compact ultra-smooth compression tweeter. Although small in size, the low frequencies are strong and solid, easily handling the depth and extension of the low B fundamentals of the 5 string bass instrument. This is blended with an articulate and responsive midrange voice and smooth, natural top end. The Magellan series cabinets share a heritage to many previous Jeff Genzler designs. The MG-212T is a vertically stacked design yet still compact for a powerful 2 x 12” and tweeter combination. The close configuration of the dual 12” drivers provides “tight-fisted” powerful projection of the low and mid frequencies. The depth and roundness of the low end blends seamlessly with the midrange clarity of these premium loudspeakers. With our proprietary compression tweeter the top end could be described as much more “polite” (smoother) than your average configuration of this type. Overall, this cabinet is a “compact tower” of depth, clarity and authority. This is a premium padded cover offering a tailored fit for the Bass Array210-3 cabinet. Made from heavy-duty, water-resistant vinyl material this cover offers 3 layers of protection with a vinyl outer shell, 5mm soft padding, and thick plush inner lining.
Handle cut-outs are offered for gripping the cabinets bar handles, protective plastic feet are mounted to the left side and the cover is badged with embroidered GENZLER AMPLIFICATION and BASS ARRAY logos. The MG-350-CRADLE is an aluminum “u” shaped hidden bracket that is designed to attach the Magellan® 350 amplifier to the Bass Array™10-2 cabinet. Each BA10-2 cabinet has 6 pre-drilled mounting screws installed into the top which can be easily removed to mount the cradle. Two thumb-screws are included to secure the amplifier into the cradle. Also, included with each MG-350-CRADLE is a short Speakon® speaker cable to the connect the amplifier to the cabinet. This carry bag is designed to offer exceptional ease of transport for the lightweight MAGELLAN® 800 bass amplifier, along with excellent protection. It also works well for the new KINETIX™ 800 Tube Pre, Bass Amp. It offers padded protection for night-after-night heavy use.
Made from heavy-duty, water resistant vinyl material, the bag features upgraded zippers, a large front pocket, sturdy handles and a comfortable, detachable carry strap. Along with a soft-plush lining the carry bag uses 15mm padding around every surface of the protective compartment. The front pocket is large enough for a variety of accessories like cables, tuners, etc.
An excellent choice for the musician that needs their MAGELLAN® 800 or KINETIX™ 800 head in a “grab and go” protective carrying case. This heavy-duty carry bag is designed to offer exceptional protection and ease of transport for the lightweight MAGELLAN®350-BA10 COMBO. It offers excellent padded protection for night-after-night heavy use. The combo can be placed into the bag either face up or face down. There are two thick cushion pads provided to offer complete protection for the MG350 amplifier as it sits in the carry bag.
Made from heavy-duty, water resistant vinyl material, the bag features upgraded zippers, a large front pocket, sturdy handles and a long comfortable, detachable carry strap. Along with a soft-plush lining the carry bag uses 24 mm padding on the floor of the bag for ultimate protection. Four plastic feet are used on the bottom of the bag.
