SALES POLICY

Thank you for your interest in GENZLER AMPLIFICATION. It is our goal to provide the highest quality products available, along with the best customer service and purchasing experience possible.

All GENZLER AMPLIFICATION products are available through our USA and International Dealer Network, OR (USA ONLY) direct from our website. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

We encourage our customers to visit our dealers and experience in person the innovation, quality and performance of GENZLER AMPLIFICATION products.

 

SALES TAX

Online purchases shipped to customers in NY and TN will be assessed Sales Tax of (8.875% and 9.75% respectively).

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All products purchased from the GENZLER AMPLIFICATION website ship via UPS Ground service, in the continental US only.

We offer dramatically discounted shipping rates to our customers purchasing via our website. These shipping costs will be calculated at time of Checkout.

We highly recommend that all customers inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier.

 

10 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEED RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in our products - their design, and quality of craftsmanship. It is our mission that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of a GENZLER AMPLIFICATION product. For orders purchased direct from our website, we do offer a 10 day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy, effective the day the product is delivered.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of receipt of your product, it can be returned, freight prepaid, for a full refund of the product cost, less initial UPS shipping costs. We will do our best to work directly with our customers to greatly reduce return shipping costs.

The product must be in "as new" condition and returned in the original carton and with all original packing. Your refund will be processed upon return and inspection of the product to our facility.

Product deemed incomplete, damaged or "used" will be subject to re-stocking fees.

Refunds will be made in the same payment form as the original purchase.

An RMA report is required to initiate a product return.
